Double block and bleed valve
The double block and bleed valve guarantees 100 % tightness due to the special rotary-lift movement.
No loss of expensive media! The double block and bleed valve can be used instead of 2 gate valves so that the cavity can be completely emptied at all times.
The special opening and closing method minimises wear and ensures a long service life.
Double eccentric , double flanged butterfly valve
Double eccentric butterfly valve
Double eccentric butterfly valve
The double eccentric butterfly valve ROCO wave is designed for water applications.
The valve is characterised by high energy efficiency, a flow-optimised design, minimal pressure losses and continuous corrosion protection.
The connection between the shaft and valve disc is covered by a polygon connection.
The double eccentric butterfly valve has a modular actuator concept through the use of a handwheel, electric actuator, stem extension, weight-loaded hydraulic actuator, pneumatic actuator or chainwheel.
Double gate knife gate valve
“The knife gate valve type DT from Orbinox is a bi-directional gate valve that is mainly used for higher consistencies in the pulp and paper industry (paper recycling), but is particularly used for heavily contaminated fibrous media.
Closing and opening times are only half as long as with other gate valves.
All parts that are subject to wear can be easily replaced.”
Electric multi-turn and part-turn actuators
In order to ensure that liquids, gases, steam and granulate flow through pipes in process engineering plants and that their flow rates on the transport routes are also optimally controlled, positioners position the valves between the open and closed state. The valves are operated remotely from the control room with AUMA actuators.
AUMA covers a torque range from 10 Nm to 32,000 Nm with the product range of the SA type rotary actuators and a torque range of 50 Nm to 2,400 Nm with the product range of SQ type part-turn actuators.
AUMA electric rotary actuators are used for the automation of butterfly valves or gate valves, for example. They are the most flexible products in the AUMA family. AUMA electric part-turn actuators are used wherever a swivel movement of < 360 degrees has to be realised, as with butterfly valves and ball valves.
