Plastic diaphragm valve
The plastic CEPEX diaphragm valves can be used both to shut off and control liquids.
The ball valves made entirely of plastic bring advantages in terms of resistance to chemicals. The EXTREME series is designed for special requirements and can therefore be used in steel plants, chemical plants or the oil industry.
The plastic diaphragm valves can be operated either manually or also automatically. The model is available in a wide variety of plastics (PVC-U, CPVC, PP-H, PVDF and ABS).
Pneumatic scotch yoke actuator
Actreg is a manufacturer of pneumatic Scotch Yoke actuators for high-performance applications up to 700,000 Nm.
The products offer reliable automation for valves with 90° swivel movement.
Designed and produced to withstand most applications and environmental conditions, the high precision in terms of design and quality provides long and safe operating performance.
In order to support its customers in the safe control of their processes, ACTREG relies on strict quality assurance thanks to state-of-the-art processing and testing facilities.
Pressure reducing valve
The Valfonta soft seated pressure from the types M1 / M2 / PRV20 / PRV30 / PRV44 / PRV45 / VD reducing valve is a medium-controlled valve whose main purpose is to reduce the system outlet pressure regardless of fluctuations in the inlet pressure or the requirements in the line.
Pressure reducing valves are mainly used in the energy sector as well as in various areas in the pulp and paper industry. “
PTFE disc check valve
The DTEF from Chemvalve-Schmid is a high-quality PTFE check valve.
The check valve was developed especially for use in PTFE- lined pipe systems and for chemically aggressive media.
The metallic support ring encloses the PTFE parts and therefore protects the valve from deformation damage.
PTFE lined butterfly valve with Duroplast body
The CST-K from ChemValve-Schmid is a PTFE lined butterfly valve with a plastic housing. The housing made of Duraplast thermosetting plastic reduces the weight of the valve and therefore provides savings on the pipe construction. Plastic is also more resistant to corrosion than standard housing materials such as cast iron and cast steel.
The PTFE lined butterfly valve with a Duroplast housing is produced to the highest quality standards for the safe handling of aggressive media. Spherical structural elements reduce friction and therefore increase the service life. The PTFE lined butterfly valve is designed for use with highly chemical media and is therefore used in almost all industries.
