    Needle valve

    ERHARD needle valves are innovative valves for the safe control of pressure stages and flow rates. The control valves type RKS/RKV are characterised above all by optimised flow behaviour and ultra-low pressure losses when fully open. The control range can extend up to 96%. There are different control inserts for each area of application in order to cover all operating cases: a vaned ring, slotted cylinder, pipe cylinder and other special inserts. The needle valves have a wide main seal in the cavitation-free space and also an additional shaft seal.

    The throttle valves HRD and HRA are designed as a wafer type valve with a centric valve disc.
    Depending on the choice of material, they are designed for operating temperatures up to 1050°C. In the high-temperature version, they have a welded wafer type housing or a one-piece housing.

    The throttle valves are suitable for valves according to DIN EN 1092-1 or ASME B16.5 / ASME B16.47, with lengths according to DIN EN 558-1-R20, as well as from DN400 according to the company standard.
    The connecting flange is for actuators according to DIN EN ISO 5211.
    Testing according to DIN EN 12266.

    The butterfly valve is designed for all flammable gases according to EN437 and other neutral gases. The safety shut-off butterfly valve was developed according to EN161 A (closing time <1 s), approval according to DIN EN IEC 61511, up to and including SIL3. It consists of a one-piece housing, seals tightly and has a centric valve disc and a leak-proof shaft. For clamping between flanges according to DIN EN1092-1, length according to DIN EN 558-1-R20.
