Limit switch box
Type d-Box, neptun, flex (Eurotec)
In addition to our Eurotec main products, the wave and i-Box, we also have all the other Eurotec limit switch boxes in our range.
flex Box: Nomen est omen - this model is particularly flexible and is suitable for harsh conditions with particular requirements for stability and load capacity as well as for applications with a salty atmosphere, sulfur gases and ammonia nitrate.
neptun: made of high-quality stainless steel, it is particularly resistant to corrosion and pitting. For use in offshore applications, the chemical industry and environments with a salty atmosphere, sulfur gases, ammonia nitrate and numerous other aggressive media.
big Box: For large cylindrical sensors with an M30 thread or special length.
Eurobox: For larger and above all longer sensors.

Fail safe electric actuator
Type FS / FSQT (Schiebel)
“The Schiebel electric actuators with spring return ofthe FS and FSQT series are electric actuators that move or remain in a predefined position because of a spring. This reset is based on a purely mechanical principe, without hydraulics or a battery.
In addition, no initialisation stroke is necessary due to the design and the actuator can be used for regulation purposes without any concerns as the fail-safe unit is decoupled.”

Type SP / SPE405 (Somas)

Somas positioners are designed for a rotary movement up to 90° and are designed for actuators and valves with a part-turn actuator, but can also be easily adapted to actuators with linear movement. “
Electric multi-turn and part-turn actuators
Type SA / SAR / SQn / ... (AUMA)
In order to ensure that liquids, gases, steam and granulate flow through pipes in process engineering plants and that their flow rates on the transport routes are also optimally controlled, positioners position the valves between the open and closed state. The valves are operated remotely from the control room with AUMA actuators.
AUMA covers a torque range from 10 Nm to 32,000 Nm with the product range of the SA type rotary actuators and a torque range of 50 Nm to 2,400 Nm with the product range of SQ type part-turn actuators.
AUMA electric rotary actuators are used for the automation of butterfly valves or gate valves, for example. They are the most flexible products in the AUMA family. AUMA electric part-turn actuators are used wherever a swivel movement of < 360 degrees has to be realised, as with butterfly valves and ball valves.
